The North Fork
When you visit the North Fork you feel like you've gone back in time.
The North Fork is off the utility power grid. If you want reliable electric you
have to use a generator. A large portion of the North Fork doesn't even have telephone
service (but we do). This patch of Montana is the wildest section of private land
in the Lower 48 states. Surrounded by the most pristine mountain environment Montana
has to offer the North Fork is a wilderness paradise. As prime habitat for grizzlies,
black bear, wolves, wolverines, lynx, moose, elk, deer, mountain lion and countless
other species...wildlife sightings are often.
As a federally designated wild and scenic river,
